3Prohibited Activities

Users and venue partners may not use the platform to:

  • Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity

  • Organisers are responsible for ensuring the full booking amount is paid within the allowed payment window.
  • Players who have checked in are responsible for paying their individual split amount.
  • Deliberate non-payment or payment avoidance is a violation of this policy and may result in account penalties or suspension.
  • A flat R200 penalty may be applied to the organiser's account for bookings that remain unpaid 2 hours after the match ends.
Full details of payment rules, cancellation windows, and penalty conditions are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7Enforcement

Play Indoor reserves the right to take the following actions against users who violate this policy:

  • Issue a formal warning
  • Temporarily suspend the account
  • Permanently terminate the account
  • Remove fraudulent bookings or manipulated activity
  • Recover funds lost as a result of fraudulent activity
  • Report illegal activity to relevant South African authorities

All enforcement decisions are based on verified platform records, not client-side data or user-reported screenshots alone.
